Do you want to experience an authentic winter wilderness adventure? Then join us on the 12hr Tröllakrókar Canyon, where we’ll see surreal rock formations, stunning mountain scenery, and geological wonders.

The tour stops at Þrándarjökull Glacier, and Bjarnahýði mountaineer hut, before heading to the breath-taking Tröllakrókar Canyon, which is a a beautiful work of art, these geological structures are a sight to behold, here you can bask in the massive scale of scenery that is even more spectacular in the frigid air.

Please remember to wear water- and windproof clothing (including sturdy shoes) that will keep you warm and dry.

This is a wilderness tour, the bathroom facilities are very rudimentary.
Due to the duration of this tour, it is not recommended for children under the age of 10.

This tour departs from East Iceland, with pick up/drop off available at hotels and guesthouses in the Breiðdalsvík and Egilsstaðir area.
