Get ready for the ride of your life! We’ll drive east, off the beaten track, in our modified Super Jeep along to the beautiful Thorsmork valley. Our highly modified Super Jeeps are designed to easily cross deep glacial rivers and handle almost any terrain.
Proceeding further into the valley to our next stop; Gigjokull Glacier a glacier tongue stretching from the infamous glacier Eyjafjallajokull Glacier, the volcano which erupted in 2010 wreaking havoc all over Europe.
On our way to the bottom of the valley, we have to splash through many rivers and streams, giving us a chance to show you the reason for these big tires on our Super Jeeps.
Pickup begins at 8:30am in Reykjavík or meet at Gljúfrabúi waterfall. (Please note, that this is the only stop where you can buy lunch and snacks for the day.)
