The South Coast Glacier Lagoon Tour takes you to the main attractions on the South Coast of Iceland that ends in a boat ride on the beautiful Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon.
Visiting the charming village of Vík and continuing through spectacular scenery, lava fields and a black sand beaches all the way to the magnificent Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon where you will take a boat ride among the multi-shaped icebergs. We visit the village of Kirkjubaejarklaustur, stopping to admire beautiful waterfalls along the way. As we make our way back towards Reykjavik you will visit the beautiful 100 meter deep Fjaðrárgljúfur Canyon and more.
Pick up from hotels / guesthouses starts up to 30 minutes before scheduled departure time.
May to October visitors can go on a zodiac boat ride on the Glacier Lagoon for a small extra fee from May – September.
Please note that children shorter than 100 cm are not advised to participate on Zodiac boat.
Please note that during winter Fjaðrargljúfur canyon may not be accessible but extra stops will be made (usually Skógarfoss).
All departures require a minimum of 4 participants.
