The Premium Northern Lights Minibus Tour offers you the chance to experience the Auroras in comfort.
The Northern Lights (also known as Aurora Borealis) are Iceland’s main attraction during the cold winter months.
Reykjavik city has high levels of light pollution, making Northern Lights visibility very poor, therefore we’ll whisk you away from the bright lights and big city to the peaceful Icelandic countryside where the chances of spotting aurora is much higher. Our expert guides have an abundance of experience tracking the auroras, so the tour will not depart if the chances of Northern Lights are predicted to be unlikely.
And if your tour goes ahead and you don’t see the Northern Lights? Not to worry, our guides will provide instructions so you can re-book another tour free of charge and try again!
The viewing locations visited are dependent both on where the aurora activity is on the day of the tour and if the weather forecast is favorable .
The maximum size of the group is 18 persons, so you can be assured of a much more intimate experience that is both more flexible and spontaneous. When you reach the location that your guide has selected you will have plenty of time to take some photographs, and if you need any help setting up your camera then the guide will be more than happy to assist you in capturing the perfect aurora photograph.
