Golden Circle & Snowmobiling

All year Daily About 10 hours Reykjavík with pick up included Easy Min 6 years old

The Golden Circle is a must-see for any visitor, but why not mix it up a bit?

If you’re a thrill-seeker, then this Golden Circle and Snowmobiling Tour is for you. Not only will you visit the three must-see landmarks of Iceland, you’ll also get to experience snowmobiling on Langjökull glacier, (which is Iceland’s second largest glacier).

The Golden Circle is sometimes called ‘The Big Three’, and consists of Geysir, Gullfoss and Þingvellir, which are a famous geyser, gigantic waterfall and a beautiful National Park.

The tour first stops at Þingvellir National Park, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, of historical importance, where Icelandic parliament was founded in 930, making it the longest running parliament in the world.

Next up is the geothermal hot-spot known as Geysir, with its numerous gushing hot springs and geysers.

Afterwards, you’ll stop and view the magnificent Gullfoss waterfalls, which is over 100 feet tall.

Finally, to get the blood-pumping we’ll move on to Langjökull glacier, where you’ll get geared up and taught how to use a snowmobile before you embark on an hour long snowmobile tour on top of an actual glacier!
