Day 1
We begin along the scenic west coast of Iceland. Our fist stop of the day is at Deildartunguhver, the most powerful hot spring in Europe. Thereafter, we visit the historic site of Reykholt. The waterfalls Hraunfossar and Barnafoss is our next stop. We leave the beautiful Borgarfjörður area behind and continue to Snæfellsnes Peninsula. Before we reach our hotel for the night we will stop at Gerduberg to look at stunning basalt columns. In the evening we will hunt for the Northern Lights.

Day 2
The first stop of the day is at the small fishing village of Arnarstapi, where we walk around the scenic surrounding area. From there we go underground, to the Vatnshellir Cave which is located inside the Snæfellsnes National Park. Next, we have a stop at Hellnar fishing village for lunch before continuing to the beautiful Djúpalónssandur Beach. There we will have a short hike and explore the remains of a ship wreckage. We continue our journey around Snæfellsnes Peninsula and our next stop is at the famous Mountain Kirkjufell. On our way back to Reykjavik, we will try to spot some Northern Lights before we arrive at Reykjavik in the evening.
