Hot Golden Circle Minibus Tour

All year Daily About 8 hours Your hotel / guesthouse in Reykjavík Very easy

Enjoy a Golden Circle tour followed by a warm hot spring lagoon bath, stopping at the three major sights on the Golden Circle; Thingvellir National Park, Gullfoss Waterfall and Geysir Hot Spring.

This tour captures many of the main attractions in South Iceland.

You will experience the unique landscape and impressive history of Thingvellir National Park (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), where the continental drift between the North American and Eurasian Plates can be clearly seen in the cracks which occur across the region.

Gullfoss Waterfall is one of Iceland’s most beloved and iconic attractions, where pure glacial water tumbles down the over 100 foot waterfall.

Geysir Geothermal Area, a ”hot-spring hot-spot”, where the geyser Strokkur shoots a column of water up to 100 feet into the air every 4-8 minutes, in a thrilling display of mother nature’s force.

Last stop on this Golden Circle tour is the Secret Lagoon located in Fludir, South Iceland. You will spend a couple of hours soaking and relaxing in this geothermal lagoon which is not the best kept secret in Iceland anymore and for good reason. The pool is a comfortable 38-40°C, all year around, which makes it an ideal place to relax and to enjoy being in nature. The lagoon is surrounded by wonderful natural landscapes with several geothermal spots, like the Little Geysir, next to the pool, who erupts every 5 minutes, for the joy of all visitors.
